By downloading or using SensorDash, you agree to these terms.

Purpose

SensorDash is an educational utility that displays sensor and device-state values made available by iOS. It is not a safety instrument, navigation system, medical device, sound-level meter, weather station, or forensic audit tool.

Measurement limitations

Readings depend on device hardware, permissions, calibration, surroundings, and Apple system frameworks. Values may be delayed, estimated, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely on SensorDash where incorrect data could cause injury, loss, or legal consequences.

Platform boundary

SensorDash can show only its own access and sampling state. iOS does not allow it to identify which other app is currently using a sensor. System privacy indicators and Settings controls remain authoritative for system-wide access.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use readings shown by the app, for managing permissions on your device, and for complying with applicable laws when demonstrating or discussing sensor access.

Intellectual property

The SensorDash app, site, name, design, and original content are owned by the developer or their licensors. App Store licensing terms also apply.

Availability and changes

The app may change as iOS APIs and device hardware evolve. Features can vary by model and operating-system version, and support may be changed or discontinued.

SensorDash is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

Revisions will be posted here with a new effective date.
